Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us by means of a clear statement (an e-mail to the address in our Imprint) of your decision to withdraw. You may use a model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Digital content — early expiry of the right

ShardFlip Pro is digital content that is supplied immediately. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate provision and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once provision has begun (§ 356(5) BGB). We record this consent, with a timestamp, together with your order.

Effects of withdrawal

Where a valid withdrawal applies (i.e. before provision began), we reimburse all payments received without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used, at no charge to you.
