Privacy Policy

What we store

Almost nothing. ShardFlip stores your account (email or Discord id via Supabase), your Pro status, your saved settings/watchlist, and — only if you choose to link it — your Minecraft UUID and username. No game passwords are ever handled.

Requests your browser makes

(1) Our server fetches public Bazaar prices from Hypixel. (2) Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); see their privacy policy. (3) Sign-in is handled by Supabase.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics: Vercel Analytics (aggregate page metrics) and a small set of first-party, anonymous event counts (e.g. "a lookup happened") that contain no personal data, no IP and no identifiers. No ads, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Optional product analytics (Microsoft Clarity) load only if you accept the cookie notice — declining means no non-essential tracking. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs for security.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the account menu, or by contacting us (see Imprint).
