Privacy Policy

What we store

Supabase stores your account and sign-in information, your Pro entitlement and payment references, and — only if you link Minecraft — your Minecraft UUID and username. Saved tool settings and watchlists may also be kept in your browser. We never ask for your game password.

Optional Discord connection

If Discord linking is available and you choose to connect it, we store your verified Discord user ID, username and role synchronization status. These identify your account in the ShardFlip server and let us add or remove the Member and Pro community roles according to your current access. We request identity access only, do not read your private Discord messages, and do not retain the temporary Discord access token. You can disconnect in your account settings.

Email preferences and support

Product news, offers and checkout help are separate, optional choices, off by default. We store your choices and a dated change record. You can change them in your account or use the opt-out link in optional emails. Checkout records and contact logs help us avoid duplicate or inappropriate follow-ups. Support correspondence is handled through our Gmail mailbox, with automated assistance for routine product questions. Billing disputes and sensitive account issues are reviewed by the owner.

Requests your browser makes

(1) Our server fetches public Bazaar prices from Hypixel. (2) Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); see their privacy policy. (3) Sign-in is handled by Supabase.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics: Vercel Analytics (aggregate page metrics) and a small set of first-party, anonymous event counts (e.g. "a lookup happened") that contain no personal data, no IP and no identifiers. No ads, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Optional product analytics (Microsoft Clarity) load only if you accept the cookie notice — declining means no non-essential tracking. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs for security.

For access, correction, deletion, or questions about your data, contact shardflipp@gmail.com. Optional email choices can be withdrawn in your account settings. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
